Credential Store definitions within the Elytron subsystem

Requirements

• specify more Credential Stores with unique names
• create Credential Store from scratch if implementation (of Credential Store) allows that
• provide manipulation operations with aliases of credentials stored (add/remove/list/exists)
• expose aliases as resources consumable by other subsystems
