Missing artifacts:

• org.hibernate.commons:hibernate-commons-annotations:jar:5.0.1.Final-redhat-2
• org.jboss.resteasy:async-http-servlet-3.0:jar:3.1.0.CR3-redhat-1

Both artifacts are direct dependencies of the BOM. They are not available in the Maven repo in any other version.
