rhn-support-lwilliam has done a peer review of the Azure doc, and these changes will be made in an async update following the publication of the doc.

• "Azure" should be "Microsoft Azure" over the document
• "Pay-As-You-Go" premium images should become On-Demand premium images
• "on (Microsoft) Azure" should be "in Microsoft Azure"
