[7.1] Describe how to configure cluster and HA for messaging with replicated journal on MS Azure

    Description

      There is missing information how to configure cluster and HA on Azure. We should provide links to Configuring Messaging guide how to configure cluster and HA with replicated journal. This should be in new chapter behind [1].
      There should be also pointed out, that cluster-connection in messaging-activemq subsystem must use only JGroups udp stack with configured AZURE_PING protocol as described in chatpter [2].
