[GSS](7.1.0) @Startup @Singleton fails to invoke EJB via Remote interface in PostConstruct

      While cross-vm calls to beans through remote interfaces while their @PostConstruct is not done yet should be disallowed, in-vm calls should be able to proceed normally.
