Section 13.6.4. Configuration contains only 13.6.4.1. Example Validation Configuration File with a single example configuration file. There is no description of the file - what does it do, where should it be placed, whether it is mandatory, etc.
Suggestion for improvement: Convert subsection 13.6.4.1. Example Validation Configuration File to example and add some description to it.
