Web Console - Tabs Bindings Directory, Journal Directory, Large Messages Directory, Paging Directory should be attributes of Journal tab

Bindings Directory, Journal Directory, Large Messages Directory, Paging Directory should not have separate tab in Configuration -> Subsystem -> Settings -Messaging Provider -> Messaging Provider - default -> Provider Settings

Those should be attributes under Journal tab.
