task-keepalive is not effective because there's no attribute for core threads size in IO subsystem and the task worker thread pool always configure core threads size == max threads size.

Please add the following note to the task-keepalive attribute inside Table A.63. worker Attributes in APPENDIX A.23. IO SUBSYSTEM ATTRIBUTES in EAP 7.0 Configuration Guide:
