Usage of openssl should be configurable

The openssl JSSE implementation provided via (wildfly-openssl) should by enabled only when defined in configuration => probably there should be added attribute allowing to enable/disable usage of openssl.

The reasoning: user using EAP, should be aware about EAP using openssl and what version it uses.
The EAP 7.1 shall be primary certified only with openssl delivered as part of JBCS, see [EAP7-576] => customer should enable openssl only when having proper (certified/supported) version of openssl installed.
