The structure of the section is a bit disorganized. Suggestion for improvement:

1. Explain what is dynamic instatiation in general.
2. List all the types of dynamic instatiation in HQL and say which of them are available also in JPQL.
3. Explain all the types in detail with examples.

Some minor issues in the section:

• Typo in "The class here need not be mapped." - should be "class needs"
• Make an important note from this sentence or remove the exclamation mark if it is not important enough: If it does represent an entity, the resulting instances are returned in the NEW state (not managed!).
