I suggest changing the structure of first subsection to the following:

1. Introduce JPQL - what is it, what is it used for, where is it used, etc.
2. Introduce HQL as a superset of JPQL, list HQL specific features
3. Continue with following sections (statements, etc.)

Other suggestion for improvement:

• In the IMPORTANT note Care should be taken as to when an UPDATE or DELETE statement is executed. mention why is it important.
