Missing step in JBDS instuctions for jaxrs-client quickstart

Run the Quickstart in Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio or Eclipse section of readme file of jaxrs-client quickstart misses implicit instruction for the user to deploy the quickstart on EAP before running the tests. This may be confusing, as other tests ran in quickstarts require no user deployments.
