Document how to enable websockets compression

In EAP 7.1.0.DR6, there was introduced option to enable websocket compression by configuration option in websockets config.
(by setting per-message-deflate to true as part of /subsystem=undertow/servlet-container=default/setting=websockets.
This possibility should be documented.
