Login to the web console

Click on 'Configuration -> Subsystems -> Logging'

Click on 'View'

Select 'Handler' tab

Select 'Periodic size' in the left column

Click on 'Add' button to add new size handler

Click on 'Need help?' button to see help text

See that there are 'File' and 'Suffix' paragraphs although 'File' paragraph is extra there

When creating new 'periodic-size-rotating-file-handler', there is extra paragraph in the help text in the first step - 'File'.
