Not evaluated HTML tags in help text when adding new Paths

      1. Login to web console
      2. Go to 'Configuration' tab
      3. Select 'Paths'
      4. click on 'View' button
      5. click on 'Add' button to add new path
      6. click on 'Need help?' button
      7. see that HTML tags in the text are not evaluated anyhow

    Description

      There are some HTML tags in help text when adding new path via Web Console. I think these should be either removed at all or should be made working so the text is formatted properly.
