Issue description
Chapter 3. Creating Your Azure Environment says:
The virtual machines must use an Azure size of Standard_A0 or higher.

The *A0* instances doesn't have sufficient RAM (0.75GB) to run EAP. The guide should require A2 (3.5GB) or higher

This article on customer portal talks about Minimum operational requiremets - for EAP 6.x it is 3GB.

Suggestions for improvement:
The virtual machines should use an Azure size of Standard_A2 or higher.
