Web Services: Updates to Securing JAX-WS section

A general review of the security-related sections (3.8. Securing JAX-WS Web Services and 3.14. Advanced WS-Trust Scenarios) should be done.

I did an initial look through and found the following items that could be changed, but I'm sure there will be more once a more thorough review is done.

• STSlient -> STSClient
• Bad capitalization
  • Web Services support many -> Web services support many
  • STS Client Pooling is a -> STS client pooling is a
• If the Federation subsystem -> If the `picketlink-federation` subsystem
• There are 2 components -> There are two components

Also recommend the following changes to the architecture/flow of the guide

• Move the "3.14. Advanced WS-Trust Scenarios" section to the appendix
• "3.8.2. WS-Trust" has a subsection that gives a basic scenario. There is currently no indication to the user that there are advanced scenarios later in the guide. Provide a link to the "Advanced WS-Trust Scenarios" section here.
