Inaccurate path to deployment specified in ejb-in-ear QS

Readme says:
This will deploy `target/jboss-ejb-in-ear.ear` to the running instance of the server.

The path to deployed file is incorrect because the instructions say to navigate into "root directory of this quickstart". Therefore it should be:
ear/target/jboss-ejb-in-ear.ear
