The websocket-client quickstart fails to connect to secured backend

    Description

      When you send a message to test this quickstart, you see:

      RECV: BROADCAST: Connecting to backend wss://echo.websocket.org
      RECV: BROADCAST: Failed to connect to backend wss://echo.websocket.org: Invalid response code 404

      nziakova@redhat.com confirmed that this quickstart worked on DR1 and DR2, but failed on DR3, so something has changed on this backend server.
