Deployment jboss-web.xml overlays supportability is not mentioned in the Migration Guide of Jboss EAP 7

      JBoss EAP 7 does not support the feature of jboss-web.xml overlays. This feature helps to add static resources in the deployment by keeping the resources outside of the war file.
      Migration guide of JBoss EAP 7,does not mentions that the jboss-web.xml Overlays are not supported.
