It looks like there is a bug with the JBoss Web Console. Module name, module options from domain.xml don't show up in the admin console under authentication attributes for a security-domain under a profile (in my case "ha").
As a test I tried adding this to the ha profile using jboss-cli, (ii)manually using the web console and (iii) manually editing the domain.xml file.. When I do this for & (ii) the domain.xml's "ha" profile security-domain is written to as expected and the info initially shows up on the web console under the authentication section for the security-domain for the "ha" profile. But when I log out of the web console and restart JBoss with $JBOSS_HOME/bin/domain.sh then the Module options are not showing up in the web console (i.e. it is not retreived from domain.xml).
My test was as follows: set up a security-domain using the "Database" login module as outlined in the EAP 7 guide: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-jboss-enterprise-application-platform/7.0/paged/how-to-configure-identity-management/chapter-5-configuring-a-security-domain-to-use-a-database.
