There are a few different typos that I've noticed recently. Fix them and any other instances in the repo.

• managment -> management in the Configuration Guide
• double "the the" in the Configuration Guide
• Hanging "This" in "...controller settings. This " in the Configuration Guide
• a XA -> an XA in the Development Guide
• Double period "JAR archive.." in the Migration Guide
• Double a a "a another" in the Messaging Guide
