Provided link for download links to some old version of tool. Best would be to avoid providing link or static version at all, so it won't get obsolete in future.

Suggestions for improvement:

• remove download link
• describe how to get to appropriate version of jboss negotiation toolkit. For example:
  "Use Jboss Negotiation Toolkit in version which match to version of non-productized Jboss Negotiation included in EAP. For example for EAP 7.0.0, which use Jboss Negotiation 3.0.2.Final-redhat-1 use Jboss Negotiation Toolkit in version 3.0.2.Final"
