One-off patches overridden by CPs should be marked as such

If you apply a one-off patch and then later apply a cumulative patch, the one-off patch is effectively overridden by the CP, so it's unused. However, the web console still shows both of them as applied and there is no sign of the fact that the one-off patch is not in effect. It should either not show the one-off patch at all (in CLI you won't see it if it's overridden), or it should be somehow distinguished.
