Configuration -> Transactions -> Default timeout - missing information about unit and big number is automatically changed to 0.

    Description

      It would be nice to have information about unit (seconds) here. And when I enter unproportionally big number (e.g. 2200000000) and click save, it is automatically changed (without any validation message) to 0.
