Review and update section 3.2. Configuring the Web Services Subsystem

• Consider whether this section is appropriate as the first topic in the chapter, or should be moved elsewhere
• The first section is titled "Domain Management" doesn't make much sense - that should probably just be removed
• Give a better overview for the "Structure of the Web Services Subsystem" section
• Take a look at "Configuring HTTP Timeout per Application" section, determine whether it belongs here. Title says per application, but it looks to only be per application if you use web.xml (which has nothing to do with the ws subsystem config).
• CLI examples in the handler/handler chain sections are missing handler and handler chain names (For example: .../post-handler-chain=:read-resource)
