Timezone textual names are not displaying correctly using version 2.7.0 when executing on JDK8. For example:

Expected vs Actual:
BST vs. +01:00
GMT vs. +00:00

This is also causing unit test (and therefore build) failures when running build under JDK8.

This is fixed in the 2.8.1 release of Joda Time.
