Chapter: Configuring JBoss EAP as a Service in Red Hat Enterprise Linux

There is this note:

If you want to the service to start JBoss EAP in domain mode, add JBOSS_MODE=domain to jboss-eap.conf.

There should be also information about used configuration file.

• Standalone mode: (default value is standalone.xml)
  • JBOSS_CONFIG=standalone-ha.xml
• Domain mode: (default values are domain.xml and host.xml)
  • JBOSS_DOMAIN_CONFIG=custom_domain.xml
  • JBOSS_HOST_CONFIG=custom_host.xml
