Issue description: Chapter 9.3. Displaying the JVM Status in the Management Console contains misleading sentence 'While the statistics are not displayed in real-time, you can refresh the console display to provide an up-to-date overview of JVM resources.' but it's not suitable to refresh whole console (by e.g. hitting F5) to get fresh statistics since whole console refreshment leads to homepage in EAP 7 and user is forced to re-navigate back manually. User should click 'Refresh Results' link instead to avoid this.
Suggestion for improvement: Replace 'you can refresh the console display' with 'you can click Refresh Results link'.
