Problem
Incorrect information from where customer can download JBCS/JSVC.

Solution
1. and 2. Please proceed according solution in JBEAP-4251.

Additional information
I recommend to to have this fixed before GA, otherways customer will not know how to download required binaries and will not able to start EAP as service and Solaris and Windows. Windows platform is critical especially.
