Steps to Reproduce:
1. click Settings in the lower-right corner in the web console
2. select ko locale
3. click Save
4. click Confirm

Korean localisation in web console is currently just another alias for English localisation.
Console source code is missing Koran properties file.
Please either add Korean translation or remove the ko option from available Locale options in console.
