Minor In Configure runtime environment dialogue, there is one optional "checkbox"(10) whose visibility depends on other "checkbox"(9). However, user is able to enter "10" when the "checkbox" 10 isn't visible. This might be a little confusing.
On the other hand, if you only choose 10 and proceed (see below), Install Datasource task is not performed, so I am leaving this as minor issue, user still gets what he sees
