Steps to Reproduce:

Using web console of EAP (let's say in domain mode) navigate Configuration > Profiles > full-ha

write jg to the filter -> subsystem list is limited to subsystems which contains jg in their name (JGroups) -> OK

Backspace, filter contains j -> subsystem list is limited to subsystems which contains j in their name -> OK

Backspace, filter is empty -> but subsystem list is still limited to subsystems which contains j in their name -> WRONG
