If there is a table in Web Console which expect to contain some records - an example could be a listing of Transaction log (Runtime -> Server Standalone -> Subsystem -> Transaction Logs) and such table is empty then it would be nice if Remove button is disabled.

As there is nothing to remove the button should not be an active item of the page.
