EAP 7 mead repository doesn't contain EAP 7 version based BOMs usable for layered products

EAP 7 mead repository http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/brewroot/repos/jb-eap-7.0-rhel-7-maven-build/latest/maven/org/jboss/bom/ doesn't contain EAP 7 build version based BOMs usable for layered products. This may cause troubles with early adoption of EAP 7 by layered products.

I think layered products would be interested in org/jboss/bom/eap-runtime-artifacts and org/jboss/bom/jboss-javaee-7.0-eap* BOMs

For ZIP I think it's sufficient to have what we have now - version is not based on EAP 7 build version (e.g. 7.0.0.DR5) but based on planned public name (7.0.0.Alpha1 now)
