Change sentence about maximum-permissions in Defining Policies in the Security Manager Subsystem

Following sentence doesn't make sense to me in "5.3.1. Defining Policies in the Security Manager Subsystem" section.

All deployments will not be request permissions that exceed the ones defined in the maximum permission set.

Suggestion to improvement:
Replace the sentence with sth like:

Deployments will not be deployed if they request permissions that exceed the ones defined in the maximum permission set. Deployment process will fail for them.
