[CD.14] Relationship between documentation for RESTEasy and quick-starts

Description

    • there is a typo in "jax-rs-client" quickstart name in documentation in chapter "2.1. About JAX-RS Web Services". Correct name of quickstart is "jaxrs-client".
    • "jaxrs-client", "resteasy-jaxrs-client" quick-start should be mentioned in chapter about jax-rs client (this chapter is missing now, see comment in JBEAP-2723)
    • spring-resteasy
      • this quickstart should be also mentioned in chapter "2.10. Spring Integration" (this chapter is updated by JBEAP-3126)
    • "helloworld-html5", "managed-executor-service" and "kitchensink"
      • these quickstart should be mentioned in chapter "2.9. EJB Integration", because EJB integration with REST is used in these quickstarts
    • all these quickstarts should also be mentioned in chapter "2.1. About JAX-RS Web Services"
