      1. using web console go to Settings
      2. change locale to fr
      3. Save, Confirm
      4. go to Configuration > Subsystems > Jsf > View > Description
        Description of "default-jsf-impl-slot" attribute is "Default JSF implementation slot" whereas according to "/subsystem=jsf:read-resource-description(locale=fr)" CLI command result this should be "Le slot d'implémentation JSF par défaut"
