Configuration guide: changes under Transaction Manager Configuration Options (A.10 and A.11)

I would like ask for changes in Configuration guide in sections A.10. Transaction Manager Configuration Options and A.11. Transaction Manager Advanced Configuration Options.

• please change term TM for Transaction Manager in descriptions in both sections
• enable-statistics
  • change to statistics-enabled as enable-statistics is deprecated
  • wrong description of steps for showing statistics under web console. change to be compliant with new EAP7 console
• enable-tsm-satus
  • I would like ask for change of sentence {{Whether to enable the transaction status manager (TSM) service, which is  used for out-of-process recovery. Running an out of process recovery  manager to contact the ActionStatusService from different
    process is not  supported (it is normally contacted in memory). This

  • please move this option to advanced options (A.11)
• object-store-path-relative-to
  • talks on default paths in description. please add before those paths "prefix" EAP_HOME
  • add information that {{Use an empty string to disable the default behavior and force the
    value of the \"path\" attribute to be treated as an absolute path.}} (there is an issue fixing this JBEAP-1913)
• socket-binding
  • please change from "used by the Transaction Manager for recovery" to "used by
    Transaction Periodic Recovery listener when recovery-listener is set to true"
  • change description of how to set this in webconsole as changed for EAP7 (from EAP 6.x)
• status-socket-binding
  • please move this to advanced options
• maybe I would like ask if new column could be added where information if server needs to be restarted/reloaded/immediatelly activated
• please move settings of jts and node-identifier to basic conf options (from A.11 to A.10)
• node-identifier
  • please add that it should be set otherwise you will see warning that default value is not recommended to be set (see server start log for text of the warning)
• please document missing settings
  • journal-store-enable-async-io
  • all settings parameters which starts with jdbc-*
