JBoss EAP 6.4 is adding version 1.8 of the management schema, this task is to port it to EAP 7.

Note: JBoss EAP 6.4 'owns' this schema, before merged in any upstream releases we need to be sure that it has been included in an EAP release as that is the event that finalises it's content.
