jboss-eap-7.0.0.ER5-installer.jar [1] contains a 7.0.0.ER4 bits.
I'd suggest using the project.version for the version.jboss.as.dist to avoid this in the future.

According to the ER5 announcement
The installer and javadocs are scheduled to be available by the end of tomorrow (Feb 4).
but looking to the timestamps, this seems to be the final version of ER5 installer.
