Section: 18.2.4. Configuring a Picketlink WS-Trust Security Token Service (STS)

Issue description:
Section 18.2.4.6. Create and Configure a picketlink.xml for the STS contains desription of PicketLinkSTS element with confusing sentence "It defines some properties that allows the STS administrator to set a the following default values". It should be rewritten to something like "It defines some properties that allows the STS administrator to set the following properties".

Suggestions for improvement:
Rewrite confusing sentence as mentioned above.
