Since November 2025, the download page for JBoss EAP 7.4 ELS has been moved to https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/1023/ver=/middleware---7/7.4.23/x86_64/product-software, which is only accessible to customers with a valid JBoss EAP 7.4 ELS Add-on subscription. However, there is currently no page in the product documentation that explains this change.

If we decide not to update the official product documentation about the download page change and instead treat Knowledgebase How to download the JBoss EAP 7.4 ELS patches as the formal article, it would be very helpful adding a link to the knowledgebase in the upcoming 7.4.24 release notes.
