      Task to migrate WSI TS to support ARQ

      Reasons:

      • RemoteDeployer will be dropped
      • Better backporting of fixes from JBWS upstream TS
      • Avoiding duplicated effort in maintenance of 2 solutions for one thing

      How it will be done:

      • Slim down JBWS upstream TS
      • Update tests to use proxy in between

      Will be achieved by DEV+QE cooperation.
