Docs: no configuration reload when adding expression filter to undertow

In section 14.12.1. Configuring a RequestDumping Handler on the Server there is example how to configure filter expression in undertow to use request dumping handler. In such case reload operation is not necessary. Therefore I would remove it although it should not break anything.
