Priority of this jira is a blocker, because it is a regression, so we need to fix this jira before EAP 8.2 release, although it seems that there is just some missing backport ...

Steps to reproduce:

• clone prospero repo and checkout 1.3.x branch
• Build prospero ( "mvn clean install -DskipTests -Pdist")
• Run prospero against XP build:
