      There are new RPM vs. ZIP licenses inconsistencies in several artefacts/packages:

      # Artefact-name:::rpm-package-name:::zip-license:::rpm-license

jboss-el-api_5.0_spec:::eap8-jboss-el-api_5.0_spec:::ASL 2.0 OR EPL-2.0 OR GPLv2 with exceptions OR LGPLv2+:::EPL-2.0 OR GPLv2 with exceptions

      This is new difference comes with new 8.1.3.

      The others differences will be added to know licenses according discussion in JBEAP-31405
