This is a follow-up of JBEAP-30695.
The latest DB2 driver (and MSSQL) depend on the jdk.net.ExtendedSocketOptions class and end up running into CNF errors since jdk.net is not available.
JBEAP-30695 solves this issue for drivers deployed as a JAR. This issue is for tracking the scenario when a driver is configured as a custom module. See this comment for the full context.
