This is a folow-up to a comment to JBEAP-29623.

Basically a fix to the behavior of the MicroProfile Health integration in WildFly was not backported to the product.

This is an issue on the functional side, as an application that sets mp.health.disable-default-procedures=true would cause the server to stop reporting the default procedures Health status, even if the application is undeployed. The workaround would be to reload the server. Such known issue and its workaround should be mentioned in the product documentation as a known one for JBoss EAP XP 6, as tracked by JBEAP-29623
