Missing information about default behaviour of HTTP methods

      Reading through the documentation I am not able to find the piece of information about default behaviour of HTTP methods when requesting various types of resources (e.g. static HTML file, JSP, servlet, etc.) The point is that the default behaviour appears to be different - depending on the type of resource.

      Could you please add such piece of information?
